ORGANI-SPRING WEEK 3, TASK 5:  JEWELRY BOX

A great way to keep closet clutter at bay is to pick great, simple clothing and invest in great accessories that, in theory, take up less space.  But what happens when accessories go a wry?  Do you have earrings without mates or broken necklaces lurking about your jewelry box?  Now is your chance to re-acquaint yourself with these favorite accessories.  Carefully unload all your jewelry onto a stable flat surface (to prevent any pieces from escaping).  Match up earrings & discard any solos.  Set aside pieces that need repair.  Consider investing in a necklace tree or hanger (belt & tie hangers work well to) to help keep necklaces visible & tangle free.

There is a plethora of information about cleaning out your winter guck and letting the spring sunshine into your home, so we're focusing on those little things around the house that will give you a more organized home and perhaps a bit more storage along the way.  Just 4 weeks, 5 tasks per week, around 10 minutes per task and VOILA! in around an hour a week the little things in life seem a bit more organized.
