I am hosting my 4th Annual Cookie Exchange this year and I have to say, it is a highlight of my holiday season.  Not only are the cookies great (both in taste and variety) but it is an awesome social gathering.
A cookie exchange is a great way to have a variety of holiday treats without spending days in your kitchen baking and money on ingredients you may not frequently use.  You too can easily organize a cookie exchange in 3 easy steps for your neighborhood, at work, at church or with a social group that can yield dozens of delicious baking treasures this holiday season.

  1. Bake 2-3 dozen of your favorite cookies
  2. Invite your friends to do the same.
  3. Meet up and swap.
Be sure to bring a copy of your recipe to share.  Happy baking...and even happier eating.
