Alright, be honest.  Did you resolve to lose weight or get healthy in the New Year?  When you're getting organized for a new healthy eating plan here's an important tip to remember:  Pre is the key!  Pre-pack your lunch to avoid running through a drive through or a high calorie, nutritionally void lunch from a vending machine.  Pre-make and store healthy favorites like soup, chili and lighter casseroles for quick, easy meals on busy nights.   Pre-portion snacks to prevent overeating from the bag or container.  Remember the more you prepare, the easier it will be to pare down.

If you’re behind on maintaining your desk clutter it can be tough to get motivated to work.  The same is true when you fall behind in maintaining your healthy eating plan.  This month we'll discuss tips for staying organized for healthy eating so you don't have to throw in the (work out) towel so soon.
