Hey Simplifiers...I love my Instant Pot. In fact, I think my husband may be a little jealous. ;) But seriously, it has made my life so much easier when it comes to getting dinner on the table after a long day of work or play. In this video I cook a 4 lb bag of frozen chicken thighs that I season with salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder. I put the rack that comes with your Instant Pot in the bottom and add a 1/2 cup of water before adding the meat. I cook it for 18 minutes on Manual with 10 minutes of NPR (natural pressure release) before a QPR (quick pressure release on the rest.) Cooking meats from frozen is a super awesome skill your Instant Pot possesses. It's great for the night's when you have forgotten plan for dinner or when you just want to pull something out of the freezer and not think too much about the preparation.
