3 WAYS TO HELP REACH YOUR RESOLUTIONS

Well, it's Mid-January...how are things going with your New Year's Resolutions?

If you are like most people, your yearly goals fall by the wayside by about the second week of Feburary. But never fear! Today I am here with 3 easy to implement ideas for helping you hang in there and reach your goals. For more detail, check out the video below...

1. Eat an Elephant -- When eating an elephant, take small bites...I doubt many if any of you would actually eat an elephant but the idea is if the task seems to large take smaller bites rather than biting off more than you can chew.
2. Find Accountability -- Something as simple as writing down your goals can improve your success rate. Or you can set reminders in your phone to help keep you on track. And finding some to help hold you accountable can also help you reach resolutions and goals.
3. Start Over -- You know how it goes: If at first you don't succeed, try, try again. Sage advice but I definitely see people throwing the towel in on their resolutions because either the task is too big or they couldn't keep up. When you wake up tomorrow, give it another shot...maybe look at your goal from a different angle if what you are currently doing doesn't see to work.
